Heyho,

Liberator Revisions
Character Creation
Barely
In Pre-OR characters had a rumor system pre-determined at character creation to kill x of y creatures. This led to a very
simple, though time consuming journey to Jedi. On Liberator, we will instead designate three random locations that are
frequently traveled from the following list:
Hotel in Coronet, Corellia (near the starport)
Dark Jedi Ruin outside of Mining Outpost, Dantooine
Singing Mountain Clan Base, Dathomir
Tree Village at 0,0, Endor
Nym’s Stronghold, Lok
Weapons Development Facility, Naboo
Borgle Bat cave, Rori
Imperial Encampment, Talus
Imperial Destroyed Sandcrawler, Tatooine
Woolamander Palace, Yavin4
These places may, or may not, give a badge. In conjunction with these three locations being visited, the player must also
visit Ben Kenobi’s house, and the Lars homestead on Tatooine as these are iconic locations leading to Luke Skywalker’s path
to Jedi.
Furthermore, in combination with the aforementioned location gathering, players must have spent at least 35 minutes
in-game, acquire at least 5 badges, and spend at least 75 skill points. At this point, they will progress to barely.
Faint
Achieving faint will require said individuals to accomplish a variety of tasks, much less common, but nonetheless could
be completely unknowingly.
Player must participate in a player vs. player battle at some point.
Player must have received buffs at some point.
Player must have listened to or watched an entertainer at some point.
Player must have browsed the bazaar at some point.
Player must have died and cloned at some point.
Player must have killed 15 different creature types per planet.
This stage is to reward the player for ‘playing the game’. After accomplishing these tasks, the player may progress to faint.
Surging
At the level of surging, the player will start to show that they have what it takes to progress the entire path to Jedi.
This level must be more challenging than Barely, but it also needs to be doable without hints. To achieve barely,
the player must:
Talk to the roaming Jedi outcast about his past.
Acquire a Jedi relic via looting or trade (dark jedi medallion, rare artifact, holocron splinters, etc.)
Meditate at his pre-designated shrine.
Have trained in at least two master professions, and one elite profession (one of the masters could be the elite).
Have taught at least 10 unique players skills.
This will take the player to surging at which the path takes a dramatic change.
Strong
This is when the path takes a more story based approach. We build off the old Jedi Knight trainer we had planned in the far reaches of Dathomir. We introduced this NPC to the public at one point during some events, but it has most likely slipped into remission in their minds. Therefore, we will use him to carry the quest that takes the player from Surging to Strong and from Strong to Glowing.
When the player approaches him, a check will be done to see if they are surging. If they aren’t then he will seem to be just like any NPC – non-functioning. If they are surging; however, he will ‘bark’ at them from 128m. He will tell them to approach and help him with a task:
“I’ve lost possession of a valuable artifact of mine – those damn witches conned me out of it during a game of … well nevermind. Can you go talk to Gethzerion and negotiate its release? It’s just a little blue box I found out here…it just holds sentimental value.”
The player will then go to find Gethzerion, who spawns on Yavin4, rather than Dathomir which will take some searching to reveal. Finally, after finding Gethzerion, he will find that Gethzerion knows not what he’s talking about, but does have a blue glowing box hanging around his/her neck – whatever it is. Gethzerion will then attack the player shouting that he is attempting to steal his/her holocron. If the player defeats Gethzerion, then he obtains a Holocron. Of course, only if he is on this quest does the Holocron drop to keep farming out of question.
At this point, the player returns to the NPC on dathomir and has a choice to give him the holocron, or use it himself. If he gives the NPC the holocron, then he determines his light side path. If the uses the holocron, then he will be dark side. However, if he uses it, he will have to fight the NPC to the death.
After this, the player becomes Strong.
Glowing
Becoming glowing is the final step before the Padawan trials, and requires the player do some very peculiar tasks.
Speak to the Ewok NPC at the Lake village, who only spawns every 3 hours for 5 minutes.
Enter the Tusken Fort and slay the Tusken King, bringing his Gaffi stick to the governor of Bestine.
Heal at least 5 unique players for 5 damage or more.
Kill 5 different elite mobs (100k ham or greater).
Loot a Premium Crystal of Pearl.
This will take the player to the point of glowing where they must visit the shrines again and say the Jedi pledge. Now they are ready for the Padawan Trials…
Padawan Trials
TBA
Okay so from a reliable source I have recently obtained some information about a secret folder on the FTP.
After some tedious work, I have figured out the Password.

Enjoy the Zoppieleaks. I will try to keep them coming so we all stay on the same level.
Zop out, with love.
